I can sharpen most things with an edge, reach out and I'll let you know if I can help! We currently do not sharpen barber shears and clipper blades, straight razors, minds, hand saws, teeth, chainsaws, or fingernails.
Great question! This is a common misconception, one that I used to have myself.
People ruin knives, tools don't. If the machines are set up correctly, and used properly, they are perfectly safe for your knives and tools.
Can they damage knives? Of course, as can any other method if not executed correctly. I only take off the necessary amount of material to get the edge you're looking for while closely monitoring the temperature of the item to ensure its temper is not altered.
Nope! The more the merrier. Though if you have more than 30 items, a quick call or text prior to booking would be great so I can block off additional time if necessary!
The frequency of getting your knives professionally sharpened is entirely up to you, but most folks find that every 3-6 months works well to keep their blades in top-notch condition. Feel free to choose the schedule that best suites your needs!
Nope! I do all the work in my van. I use a solar battery for power. A flat parking area is helpful but not absolutely necessary.
