Parker was fast, efficient, and effective. I dropped off five kitchen knives: a cleaver, chef's knife, a paring knife, a slicer, and utility knife, and received a text message that he had finished sharpening them within 20 minutes, just as I finished my laundry at the nearby laundromat.
